Our food bank was set up in 2020 to help families in need during the lockdowns - what began as a home delivery service quickly adapted into a collection only service onces restrictions were lifted.
We are grateful for the volunteers who help to run this service and without them it simply would not be possible.
With over 115 people collecting food from us each week, we rely on our donations from Fareshare (Felix Project) and GCDA as well as local supermarkets to support the families who attend.

Recently we had 2 volunteers come along and offer assistance - they were none other than Cllr. Asli Mohammed and Cllr. Raja Zeeshan, getting involved in packing up bags and handing them out to the public. We are grateful for their help and support on that day!
